The ASEAN Foreign Trade Factory (Nanning) Sourcing Fair (hereinafter referred to as ASF), held concurrently with the China (Guangxi)–ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Trade Expo (hereinafter referred to as CACE), is a professional procurement event dedicated to connecting source factories, cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and qualified buyers. It facilitates precise matchmaking for finished products, semi-finished products, and customized manufacturing, and is committed to optimizing the industrial and supply chains between China and ASEAN and supporting cross-border expansion. Relying on the policy advantages of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP), as well as the unique geographical advantage of Nanning as the permanent host city of the China-ASEAN Expo, the exhibition will attract high-quality manufacturers directly from China and ASEAN countries, aiming to reduce costs and improve procurement efficiency through the simplification of intermediary steps. Based on professional buyer data and pre-registration information, the event strives to provide precise “one-on-one” matchmaking services, significantly increasing the trade conversion rate. The exhibits cover a wide range of products across eight core industry sectors, including electronics and intelligent manufacturing, textiles and apparel as well as bags and footwear, home goods and consumer products, Outdoor leisure& sports goods, building materials and hardware tools, food and agricultural products along with processing machinery, new energy and green technology, and cross-border e-commerce & trade in services, to provide buyers with comprehensive, one-stop procurement solutions. With a total exhibition area of 50,000 square meters, it is expected to attract over 1,500 high-quality Chinese foreign trade factories, source manufacturers, export trading companies, and cross-border e-commerce service providers from both global and ASEAN markets. Meanwhile, it will also draw over 30,000 professional buyers and cross-border e-commerce platforms at home and abroad, with the goal of a 60% share of international attendees, focusing primarily on the ASEAN market. During the exhibition, multiple practical foreign trade seminars will also be held, covering topics such as the analysis of RCEP regulations, cross-border e-commerce, international logistics and payment, and intellectual property protection, assisting enterprises in promoting their global expansion. Rooted in China and extending to ASEAN, the expo aims to provide a vital global platform for B2B export-oriented factories and cross-border e-commerce to direct purchase.

The exhibits cover a wide range of fields, including manufacturers and brand companies specialized in consumer electronics, smart home devices, intelligent manufacturing, finished garments, fabrics and accessories, bags and luggage, footwear, furniture, home décor, kitchenware, gifts, toys, stationery, Outdoor leisure, sports goods, specialty foods, agricultural products, beverages, food processing and packaging machinery, smart home products, green building materials, sanitary ware, lighting, hardware tools, security products, as well as solar products, energy-storage equipment, electric vehicles and accessories, and environmental protection technologies, cross-border e-commerce platforms (such as comprehensive service platforms, third-party trading platforms, MCN agencies, etc.), service providers (such as logistics, payment and financial services, marketing technology, specialized services, etc.), and comprehensive pilot zones, industrial parks, and chambers of commerce and associations.

注:标准展位(3m×3m),每个标准展位(包括:射灯二盏,咨询桌一张,折椅二把 ,220V/5A插座一个,中英文楣板,大会统一规定地毯颜色。展位展板高度2.5米。)

A:国内企业:18m²(含)以下1000(RMB)/m²/展期,18m²以上900(RMB)/m²/展期
B:国外企业:18m²(含)以下320(USD)/m²/展期,18m²以上480(USD)/个/展期
注:(最少18平方米起租)光地展位不含水、电、气等任何设施,如有需要,由展商另行向展馆租用。特装管理费由参展单位委托搭建商另行向展馆支付。
• International Standard Booths:
For overseas enterprises: The single standard booth is 3200 (USD)/piece/exhibition period, and the double standard booth is 4800 (USD)/piece/exhibition period.
Note: Standard booth (3m×3m), Each standard booth consists of 2 spot lights, one info table, two folding chairs, 1 power socket 220V/5A, Chinese& English fascia board, fully-floored carpet and wall partition in white (2.5m).
• Indoor Raw Space:
For overseas enterprises: 320 (USD)/ m² /exhibition period for less than 18 m² (inclusive), 480 (USD)/piece/exhibition period for more than 18 m².
Note: The raw space(minimum 18 sq.m.) Furniture and facilities (water, electronic and gas) are not included. If there is any need, please rent from convention center or authorized contractors.

China-ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Ecosystem Development Forum: The forum serves as a high-level and forward-looking platform for policy and strategic dialogue in the China-ASEAN cross-border e-commerce sector. It brings together representatives from government authorities and major platforms, as well as leading sellers, top-tier service providers, and academic experts to steer the direction of the industry.
3)精准采购对接会:根据会前预匹配,组织大型采购商(如东盟连锁商超、大型进口商)与参展工厂进行“一对一”封闭洽谈。
Precision Procurement Matchmaking Meetings: Based on pre-exhibition matched procurement needs, the organizers will invite major ASEAN buyers (such as retail chains and large importers) to conduct one-on-one meetings with exhibitors to promote cooperation.
4)专场推介会:设立“国别推介日”,由东盟各国推介其投资环境和优势产品;设立“中国产业带推介会”,展示中国核心产业集群。
Special Promotion Sessions: A “Country Promotion Day” will be set up to showcase investment environments and competitive products for ASEAN countries. A “China Industrial Belt Promotion Session” will also be organized to display China’s core industrial clusters.
5)工厂直击与线上直播:开设“云上展会”平台,对无法到场的海外买家进行直播逛展和线上洽谈。组织有意向的买家参观南宁及周边的标杆工厂。
Factory Visits and Online Live Streaming: A “Cloud Expo” platform will be launched to allow overseas buyers who cannot attend in person to tour the exhibition and conduct online meetings. Interested buyers will also be organized to visit benchmark factories in Nanning and the surrounding areas.
6)外贸实务系列讲座:涵盖RCEP政策解读、跨境电商运营、国际物流与支付、知识产权保护等热门话题。
Foreign Trade Practical Seminars: Focusing on hot topics such as RCEP policy interpretation, cross-border e-commerce operations, international logistics and payments, and intellectual property protection.
7)东盟跨境电商选品大会:聚焦东盟十国市场,集精准选品对接、市场深度解读、实战资源匹配于一体的垂直型、一站式选品盛会,汇聚高质量买卖双方,连接中国与东盟跨境电商产业的关键枢纽。
ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Product Selection Conference: Focusing on the markets of the ten ASEAN countries, the conference is a vertical, one-stop sourcing event that integrates precise product matchmaking, in-depth market insights, and practical resource pairing. It brings together high-quality buyers and sellers and serves as a key hub connecting China and the ASEAN cross-border e-commerce industry.
